The application form for the 2015 Huancavelica-Lircay is now available for you to download and submit to us. Please remember that there is a $20 non-refundable application fee. The application form can be found in Get INVOLVED. For questions, comments, or concerns that you may have please feel free to contact us. Our Friends from Puno MIssion wanted to share with us their number of successful operation.
They were able to operated on 80 people that range from children, teens and adults. Most of their patients were mainly children. For more information on this mission: http://www.angelsofcharityandmusic.org/ Our Lircay-Huancavelica Mission, is on the way and will offer charitable medical care to the local patients for two weeks in August, from the 8 to the 22nd. As of right now, our team consist of about 30 volunteers. We have shipped a container with medical equipment, medicines and hospital supplies to the local Mini Hospital. Customs in Peru have cleared our gifts and they will be transported to the final destination in the coming weeks.
The donations have been obtained to increase the bed total capacity from 16 beds to 26 beds for August. In addition, we are gathering a second shipment with additional needed supplies. Thank you to everyone that have contributed as individuals and as Institutions. Special thanks to Direct Relief International, Americares, our Peruvian Medical Society in USA, Cia de Minas Buenaventura in Peru, and the local support of hundreds of Peruvians in our native country. We are one step up in organizing the Liyrcay-Huancavelica Mission fro August 2014. It is a two weeks mission and begins from the second and third of the month.

The next program In the state of Huancavelica will be done in the city of Huaytara from Feb 22 to the 28th (2014). The team has been assembled and will be directed by Dr. Lucy Munoz MD. I will be co-directing the program. We will keep you posted with any further updates. In August 8th to 22nd (2014), a small size Mission to Lircay City, also in the state of Huancavelica. I will be take services only in Plastic-Reconstructive Surgery, Grl+ Thoracic surgery, Ob-Gyn cancer checks and support team including General-Pediatric MD's, nurses and techs.
